Kyle Chaney takes dramatic win at the Silver State 300 behind the wheel of his Can-Am Maverick R. Canโ€‘Am, iconic brand of BRP Inc. (TSX/NASDAQ: DOO), is proud to celebrate Kyle Chaneyโ€™s hard-fought win at the Silver State 300, the third round of the American Off-Road Racing Championship (AORC) Series. After 5 hours of racing, only 53 seconds separated all three drivers on the podium. The racing was nothing short of epic. A first timer at the Silver State 300, Kyle kept his pace on the extremely fast course the entire race and relied heavily on his navigator Sadyiie Gray to make sure he didnโ€™t miss any of his marks. The end result was pure poetry in motion.

Kyle Chaneyโ€™s Feelings on his Triumphant win at the Silver State 300

“This is my first Silver State 300 and we stayed on pace all day – it was a fun and tight race. We saw the dust ahead of us and we just pushed as hard as we could, and we didn’t want to make any mistakes – but Saydiie was precise on her notes and so it made me comfortable knowing I could push – it made it super easy to drive the day with a good navigator.

The Can-Am Maverick R was good all day. Silver State 300 is a fast track thatโ€™s hard to make up time on, so we kept up the pace with a racer ahead of us, and caught up to him so we knew we had him beat. Really happy with our win, and looking forward to coming back to the Legends Rally this summer.

I want to thank Can-Am, Amsoil, Progressive, Maxxis, Raceline Wheels, Factory UTV, My crew – I just want to thank everyone for getting me here.”

Across more than five hours of racing, Can-Am drivers demonstrated consistency, durability, and race-winning performance. When the dust settled on the 106-mile course in Tonopah, NV, six Can-Am drivers and their navigators filled out the top ten positions.
