Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- ELIGIBILITY:
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of The United States, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of UTV Off-Road Magazine, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. - SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on June 17th at 3pm PST and ends on July 31st at 6pm PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. - HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow these steps:
- Complete the sweepstakes entry form at the end of the survey
- Follow @UTVOffroadMagazine on Instagram, like the sweepstakes post, and tag 2 friends in the comments]
Limit of 1 (one) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the stated limit will be disqualified.
- WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or around [Date of Drawing] by a representative of UTV Off-Road Magazine. The winner will be notified via email on or about [Notification Date]. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected. - PRIZE:
