Heretic Studio is proud to announce their line of ultra-high performance LED light bars, single light units and OEM replacement headlights. These lights feature proprietary technology and patented designs that set them apart from any other light offering currently on the market.
The lights are made entirely in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum. The base plates, cylinders, bezel rings light internals etc are all CNC machined and then anodized the customer’s specifications. The unique patented cylindrical light housing design dissipates heat and provides strength and protection to the proprietary chipset and LED combination found inside each cylinder. Output on each LED light bulb is 1300 lumen with a 6000k burn temperature. Each light is then bright dip anodized black with contrasting lens bezels with optional colors available.
Each cylindrical POD has its own autonomous circuit board and the POD’s are available as a single light, DUO combination, or in 10 inch sections up to 200 inches. Our 10 inch sections combine with other 10 inch sections to create a modular light bar that theoretically can infinitely be expanded upon.
The customer has complete control over the beam pattern (Spot/flood/Euro) lens color, beam and bulb configuration, total LED Light bar length, wiring and switch solution etc. There are literally hundreds of combinations the customer could combine to create a light that best suits their riding purposes. On top of the lights being completely customizable they are also rebuild able on a per cylinder basis. Every specific component going in to the LED POD’s and light bars has its own part number and each cylinder can be rebuilt should it need any service.
New for 2012 is the world’s first complete headlight replacement for the Polaris RZR. The LED headlights install in place of the original OEM units and push a groundbreaking 10,000 lumen. The lights are composed of our billet cylinders tied together by a unique billet faceplate. The same customization options are available and these lights work on all year Polaris RZR’s.
Currently Heretic offers single POD units, POD DUO’s, 10-50 inch LED Light bars, helmet lights, bike lights and a line of flashlights that feature the  same lighting technology.
